RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of our products, Saffron James Parfums does not accept returns. If product arrives damaged please let us know immediately and we will be happy to replace it. Have your order number ready and contact us at james@saffronjames.com or 310.823.1913 and we will send you instructions for replacing the product.
