RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of our products, Saffron James Parfums does not accept returns. If product arrives damaged please let us know immediately and we will be happy to replace it. Have your order number ready and contact us at james@saffronjames.com or 310.823.1913 and we will send you instructions for replacing the product.

The prices shown in US dollars are quoted excluding tax, postage and order processing costs. Prices may be modified at any time. However, Saffron James Parfums undertakes to apply the price list in force shown on its Internet site at the time of ordering. Others are payable in US dollars only.
 
Payment is due upon ordering. No other can be dispatched without confirmation from our bank that your payment has been received.
